For artists the kimono offers an opportunity to explore wearable images within the rules of the ancient kimono tradition.
The kimono’s pictured use the ancient techniques of granulation, enamel and reticulation.
Using gold, silver gems and silk we created a series of pieces paying tribute to the beautiful play of colour and symbolism.
